At FuchsiaBless, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return & refund process as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Innerwear, and accessories are not eligible for return or refund (unless defective).

2. Return Process

  • Our team will guide you through the process.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges / New Orders

  • We do not process direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product or size.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
